Nicole Lord
Controller/HR Manager
Nicole joined Neil Walter Company in 2003. As the Controller for Neil Walter Company, she is responsible for all aspects of the finances for Neil Walter Company. Nicole also manages the Property Accounting Department and acts as a Property Accountant for a portfolio of managed properties working on development projects on an as-needed basis. In addition, Nicole manages Human Resources and Benefits for both office locations.
